Researching real estate documents
To research or view recorded real estate documents, you must come in-person to the Clerk-Recorder's Office.
Information needed to conduct a search
- Name
- Address
- Assessor's Parcel Number (APN)
- Document number (Doc. #)
- Book and Page Number (maps or document recorded prior 1994)
This will allow you to:
- View the image of the documents
- Search old records on Digital Reel
Research time will vary.
- The average time per customer is 15-45 minutes depending on the types of request.
